Job description
You'll be looking after the day-to-day running of the shop, both cooking and serving. No special experience needed — our team teaches you from scratch, and plenty of people here started with no experience and went on to become shop managers.

[Front of house] Showing guests to their seats / serving and till work / clearing and cleaning

Monthly salary ¥205,000–¥360,000 (base pay; no fixed overtime allowance)
Overtime paid in full separately. Incentive ¥50,000–¥500,000 (per company rules), congratulatory payment ¥100,000 (per company rules), perfect-attendance allowance ¥10,000, commuting costs paid in full.

Annual ¥3.6M Monthly ¥280 000 Allowances Bonus

*Overtime is paid in full, separately.

Working hours
Shift-based / 8 working hours a day, on average 20–21 days a month.
8 working hours within the 10:00–26:00 (2:00 the next day) window. Shorter hours (e.g. 10:00–18:00) are negotiable. No overtime (varies by shop).
Holidays and leave
Two full days off every week (which days is negotiable). Request specific days off; two consecutive days off is normal here.
Annual paid leave (from 10 days, increasing with years of service), maternity and childcare leave (staff have taken it and returned), condolence and celebration leave.

Trial and training period
Trial / training period: 2 months. Conditions are the same as after confirmation — no change to pay, hours or benefits.
