Job description
You'll be looking after the day-to-day running of the shop — cooking, serving and management. You'll start by learning the floor, and in time take on sales, rotas and staff development as a shop manager. No special experience needed; our team teaches you from scratch.
[Kitchen] Preparing skewers and cutting ingredients / plating à la carte dishes / kitchen assistance and washing up
[Front of house] Showing guests to their seats / serving and till work / clearing and cleaning
[Manager duties] Sales and cost management / building the rota / developing staff / ordering

Salary
Salary
Monthly salary ¥250,000–¥500,000 (base pay)
Includes a fixed overtime allowance of ¥29,425 (for 20 hours) and a fixed late-night allowance of ¥3,000. Anything beyond that is paid separately.
Incentive ¥50,000–¥500,000 (per company rules), congratulatory payment ¥100,000 (per company rules), perfect-attendance allowance ¥10,000, commuting costs paid in full.
Salary examples
・General staff (4th year, age 27)
Annual ¥4.8M Monthly ¥360 000 Includes fixed overtime allowance for 20 hours
・Shop manager (5th year, age 30)
Annual ¥5.5M Monthly ¥400 000 Includes fixed overtime allowance for 20 hours
・Area manager (2nd year, age 45)
Annual ¥8.0M Monthly ¥500 000 Includes fixed overtime allowance for 20 hours
*The fixed overtime allowance covers 20 hours. Anything beyond that is paid separately.

Working hours
Shift-based / 8 working hours a day, on average 20–23 days a month.
8 working hours within the 10:00–26:00 (2:00 the next day) window. Overtime ranges from none to around 40 hours (varies by shop).
Holidays and leave
8 or more days off a month (shift-based). Request specific days off; two consecutive days off is normal here.
Annual paid leave, maternity and childcare leave, condolence and celebration leave.

Trial and training period
