We're looking for hall and kitchen staff at our kushikatsu specialist shop!

[Hall] Showing guests to their seats / serving dishes / till work / cleaning, and so on
[Kitchen] Cutting ingredients / simple plating / simple kitchen assistance, and so on
First restaurant job or no cooking experience? Very welcome. And of course experience is an advantage.
In the hall you'll start by learning the table numbers; in the kitchen, by cutting ingredients. We start with what you can already do.

We'd love to hear from you if you like kushikatsu and can greet people while looking them in the eye. Our team ranges from people in their twenties to seniors, and includes international students from Vietnam and Nepal.

Hourly ¥1,231–¥1,539 (base rate)
From 22:00, ¥1,539 an hour and up. Higher rates during busy periods such as New Year, Golden Week and Obon. High school students ¥1,231 an hour and up (shifts until 22:00).
Commuting costs paid per company rules / pay raises available (as you can do more — learning the whole menu, running the floor — your rate goes up. One member of staff went up ¥60 an hour after two months).
*High school students may work until 22:00.

11:00–23:00 — from 1 day a week, shifts from 3 hours!
Flexible shifts; fixed days or hours can be arranged. Mornings only, from the evening, weekdays only, weekends and holidays only — just let us know.
Holidays and leave
Shift-based. Weekends and holidays off, or weekdays off — both fine.

Trial and training period
